Return Requirements

  1. Eligibility for Personal Returns
    • Items must be in brand-new condition:
      • Original packaging & tags attached
      • Unwashed, unworn, unused, unaltered
      • No perfumes or odors
  2. Refunds for Non-Quality Issues
    • Refund = Item price only (return shipping fees are your responsibility).
  3. Late Returns
    • Returns outside the return window are only accepted if the item violates mandatory regulations.

How to Initiate a Return

Important Notice:

  • We do not provide return labels.
  • Do NOT use the address on your shipping label. Contact customer service first for authorization and the correct return warehouse address (US or international).

Steps:

  1. Confirm Receipt: Click “Confirm Received” in your order.
  2. Submit a Request: Open a Return/Exchange Ticket and upload photos/videos as evidence.
  3. Review Process: Our team will assess based on policy, product condition, and evidence.
    • Original shipping/insurance costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refund Methods:

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method or Lightinthebox account credit.
  • For third-party return shipping reimbursements (if covered by law), provide recipient account details.
    • Only standard (traceable, economical) shipping costs qualify.

Can I Reject My Package?

  • Do NOT refuse delivery or fail to pick up your package. Cross-border returns are complex!
  • If the package is returned due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong address, refusal, untimely pickup), no refund will be issued.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

Inquiry Deadlines: Contact customer service within:

  • 🚀 Expedited Express: 30 days from shipment
  • ✈ Expedited Postal/Priority/Economy Air: 60 days from shipment
  • 📮 Postal Service (with tracking): 90 days from shipment
