- Refund = Item price only (return shipping fees are your responsibility).
- Late Returns
- Returns outside the return window are only accepted if the item violates mandatory regulations.
How to Initiate a Return
Important Notice:
- We do not provide return labels.
- Do NOT use the address on your shipping label. Contact customer service first for authorization and the correct return warehouse address (US or international).
Steps:
- Confirm Receipt: Click “Confirm Received” in your order.
- Submit a Request: Open a Return/Exchange Ticket and upload photos/videos as evidence.
- Review Process: Our team will assess based on policy, product condition, and evidence.
- Original shipping/insurance costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
Refund Methods:
- Refunds go back to your original payment method or Lightinthebox account credit.
- For third-party return shipping reimbursements (if covered by law), provide recipient account details.
- Only standard (traceable, economical) shipping costs qualify.
Can I Reject My Package?
- Do NOT refuse delivery or fail to pick up your package. Cross-border returns are complex!
- If the package is returned due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong address, refusal, untimely pickup), no refund will be issued.
